What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ is flexible and depends on the profile and finish. We accept single-pallet trial orders as well as full container loads, and mixed containers across product lines are common for distributors.
How quickly will I receive a quotation?
Within 24 hours on business days. A quotation includes unit price, MOQ, lead time, packaging details, Incoterms, and a landed-cost estimate for your destination.
How is pricing calculated?
Quotations are LME-linked — referenced to the London Metal Exchange aluminium price at the time of the offer — so pricing stays transparent and comparable across repeat orders.
Which export documents do you provide?
Commercial invoice, packing list, and Certificate of Origin with every shipment, plus ATR (EU Customs Union) or EUR.1 where applicable, mill test certificates, and MSDS for coated profiles — all prepared in-house.
Can you produce custom profiles to our drawings?
Yes. Custom dies, profile-to-drawing production, cut-to-size, OEM branding, and private-label packaging are part of the standard workflow. Send a drawing or reference photo with your enquiry.
Which surface finishes are available?
Anodizing (silver, gold, bronze, anthracite, black), chemical brightening, brushed, powder coating in RAL colours, textured powder coating, and wood-effect finishes.
How are profiles packaged for export?
PVC film wrapping, protective end tubes, bundling, custom cartons, and wooden crates for large volumes — with labeling designed for customs clearance and warehouse identification.
Do you ship partial containers?
Yes — LCL, FCL, and mixed containers by sea and road from Istanbul to Europe, MENA, Africa, and Asia.
Can I request samples?
Sample arrangements are agreed per enquiry — mention samples in your request and the export team will confirm the options together with your quotation.
